Nathan Williams

Joining SWA in 2023, Nathan is a Georgia native with numerous years of experience in commercial real estate. Nathan started his career in commercial real estate on the ownership side of the business at Bridge Commercial Real Estate, one of the largest office Landlords in Atlanta. After a few years at Bridge, Nathan started his commercial real estate firm, Normandy Partners, where he focused on office Landlord representation for numerous family office and institutional Landlords in Greater Atlanta. Nathan now uses his unique experience on the principal and office Landlord representation side of the business to bring his Tenant and Landlord clients an exceptional understanding of all sides of the transaction. Nathan is from Gainesville, GA, and attended college at Georgia State University, where he was a part of the varsity men's golf team. He and his wife, Judith, live in West Midtown and Passion City Church in Cumberland. In his free time, Nathan enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and spending time with his family.
