Nathan Werner

Mr. Nathan A. Werner is President and Broker of both Restaurant Sites, Inc and Retail Sites, Inc. He graduated from the University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida in 1974 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Humanities. He joined Restaurant Sites, Inc in March, 1977 and formed Retail Sites International, Inc in 1983 with founding partners Murray Werner and Stan Bell (both now deceased). Nathan Werner has exclusively represented Darden Restaurants (Olive Garden, Seasons 52, Red Lobster, Smokey Bones Barbeque and Grill, Bahama Breeze) since joining RSI in 1977. He is a long standing member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
