With a passion for the field dating back to 1982, Nathan’s journey began at the Raleigh, North Carolina office of Shor & Associates—a family enterprise deeply rooted in commercial real estate since 1970. Under the expert guidance of his father, Gerald T. Shor, Nathan honed his skills and expertise, eventually relocating to Richmond in 1985 to establish a satellite office for Shor & Associates. Throughout his tenure, Nathan successfully managed and expanded the Richmond office, ultimately leading to the formation of SHOR Real Estate, Inc. in January 2000. His comprehensive background in the industry encompasses various facets, ranging from development and leasing to management and finance. Nathan’s involvement in diverse projects has showcased his unwavering dedication to achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.
