Nathan Rylander

Nathan has a diverse and distinguished career, combining expertise in commercial real estate with a strong military background. Since November 2021, he has been working at Reserve Capital Partners in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Development, and Investments. Alongside this, he has been serving as a Field Artillery Officer in the Marine Corps Recruiting, a role he's held since 2010. Nathan has advanced through various leadership positions in the Marine Corps, including Executive Officer of the 14th Marine Regiment since August 2022, and Commanding Officer of the 5th Battalion, 14th Marine Regiment from May 2020 to August 2022. His military service also includes significant leadership roles in ground combat and operations, particularly during his time with the 14th Marine Regiment. Before his current roles, Nathan worked as Senior Vice President at Rubicon Representation for over three years, where he contributed to real estate strategy and client management in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Additionally, he spent nearly seven years with Transwestern, specializing in commercial real estate tenant representation and sales. Nathan's career in real estate began in 2007 with Capstone Commercial Real Estate Group, where he served as a broker until 2011, developing a foundation that would support his future success in both sectors.
