Nathan Powers is an extremely dedicated Retail Team member here at CBRE. He represents tenants and owners throughout the area in whatever their retail real estate needs are. He also assists national and regional clients in site selection, purchase and sale, lease negotiations, and development projects. WORK EXPERIENCE Nate joined The Boerke Company’s Retail Team in the Fall of 2012. Prior to The Boerke Company, Nate worked as a commercial real estate advisor at Apex Commercial, Inc., now a Jones Lang LaSalle Milwaukee branch. Nathan started his career in the commercial property realm at Havenwoods Economic Development Corporation, and has a strong background in economic development and community revitalization. Nathan specializes in the listing and sale of freestanding and multi-tenant retail buildings. He also assists national and regional clients in site selection, purchase and sale, lease negotiations, and development projects.
