Nathan Handmacher

Nathan Handmacher has been active in the commercial real estate business since 2004. He has experience in all facets of the real estate industry, including tenant representation, commercial sales and leasing, asset and property management, development, and investment sales. Mr. Handmacher has expertise in office, retail, land, and industrial properties in Alabama, South Mississippi, and the Florida Panhandle. In addition to providing brokerage services, he currently manages a diverse portfolio consisting of more than 1,000,000 square feet of retail, office, and industrial properties. A native of Montgomery, Alabama, Nathan is a graduate of the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia with a degree in marketing. He is active in many different business and community organizations. He is a member of the Advisory Board of The University of South Alabama Center for Real Estate and Economic Development, International Council of Shopping Centers and the Commercial Exchange Club of Mobile. Additionally, Mr. Handmacher serves as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors for The Learning Tree, Inc., Treasurer of the Board of Trustees of The Springhill Avenue Temple, is a former president of the Mobile Touchdown Club and a member of the 2006 class of Leadership Mobile.
