Nathan Greenberg
Nate is an experienced real estate professional at Saugatuck Commercial.
Prior to Saugatuck Commercial, Nate spent four years in London working for the McArthurGlen Group, the largest operator/developer of outlet malls in Europe. As part of the asset management team, Nate leased space among 25 shopping centers across 9 different countries throughout Europe. Building strong relationships with the top 50 brands among the portfolio, he worked with Nike, Adidas, Puma and the VF Group among others on leasing strategies and asset managing existing store fleets. Nate’s experience also includes project and construction management, assisting in both residential and commercial projects. Nate received a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Union College and was captain of the Union Men’s lacrosse team. Nate is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Connecticut.
