Nathan Arnold has been a REALTOR and top producing agent since 2006, selling $15 million in closed volume and 60 closed units as an individual during a top year, and $150 million in closed volume and over 1,000 contracts written annually while leading a sales team as Team Leader/CEO of Keller Williams Preferred. His leadership and management skills led to the successful attraction and recruiting of over 400 real estate agents to the firm in just 4 years. He oversaw the closings of 4,000 real estate transactions and developed leaders within the firm and helped real estate agents build successful and long-lasting full-time careers and sustainable businesses in real estate sales. He is a graduate of the Leadership Academy with the South Carolina State Board of REALTORS (Class of 2016) and a graduate of the Leadership Columbia Program with the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce (Class of 2011). He is a 12-time graduate of the BOLD program (Business Objective: a Life by Design) with Keller Williams Realty International, an intensive 8 week coaching and personal development program by KW MAPS Coaching. He achieved a bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Business Management from The University of South Carolina's internationally acclaimed Darla Moore School of Business, and a Master's Degree in History from Norwich University. As a member of the Top 3% of REALTORS in the nation as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). He is a strong advocate of education and continuous improvement and learning. Nathan is a 25-year resident of Columbia, South Carolina and enjoys spending his free time with his two young children, their mini-goldendoodle Posie, family, and friends, playing soccer, hiking/backpacking, kayaking, and being outdoors.
