Nate has been a broker in the greater Seattle area for over a decade, working at boutique, regional and international commercial real estate firms. Nate has completed over 300 lease transactions in excess of 1 million square feet. He’s represented Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and everything in-between. The continual highlight of his career is the opportunity to meet and work with an endless variety of dynamic business owners/leaders, many of which have become close friends and colleagues. Nate loves the “hunt” for unique work space and negotiating complex lease transactions. Clients appreciate his honesty, work-ethic and ability to put their needs first. Nate was born and raised in Seattle. He attended the University of San Diego, then promptly came home to start his real estate career. Nate and his lovely wife/business partner (Amber) live in downtown Seattle. They enjoy spending time with family, exploring new places and growing their business. Nate is an avid snowboarder and aspiring golfer. He also plays the drums (he’ll say that was a long time ago!).
