Nate Leifeld

Nate Leifeld is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Blue Ridge Industrial where he is responsible for the strategic direction, investments, and management of the firm. Prior to co-founding BRI, Nate focused on multiple asset classes within commercial real estate that range from consulting to transactional experience. At the consulting level, he worked on portfolio level valuations and performed in-depth analysis on several multi-billion dollar opportunistic, core-plus, and net-lease real estate funds. Nate earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Regional/Real Estate Development and a Minor in Business Management from the University of Arizona. Additionally, Nate is an active member of ULI where he is the Young Leader Chair of the North Texas Education Committee, and a Member of the IOPC – Industrial & Office Product Council.
