Nate Hruby

Nate is a Senior Associate within Stream’s office tenant representation division. His primary responsibilities include developing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional Stream services. Since joining Stream, Nate has represented over 40 clients, totaling over 450,000 square feet of assignments. His dedication, preparation and follow-through translate to excellent results for all his clients. Prior to joining Stream, Nate served as a Captain in the Air Force where he worked as a Program Manager in Los Angeles, California, leading a 150-person government and contracting program in executing the successful production and deployment of a $2B top-secret satellite portfolio. Nate also served as a Space Operations Officer in Colorado Springs, Colorado, operating satellites and planning satellite missions and orbital engagements to support U.S. Strategic Command. Nate graduated from The United States Air Force Academy with a BS in Business Management where he played Division I lacrosse, lettering all four years.
