Natalie Brodersen comes to SugarOak with a proven track record as a real estate professional. She brings with her more than 10 years of residential real estate experience that allowed her to hone a high level of client-focused service, problem solving and professional resourcefulness. Natalie has a proven track record with attention to detail in learning about clients’ specific and unique needs for business success and return on investment. Natalie possesses a broad range of professional real estate experience spanning more than 11 years. Natalie’s adept background in business-to-business and direct-to-consumer relationships will provide clients with sound council as they work to find individualized commercial real estate spaces. Prior to joining SugarOak, she worked as a residential realtor with United Real Estate and Coldwell Banker Real Estate. In 2016 she served as a Sales and Lease Associate at Verity Commercial, LLC before joining the SugarOak team in 2018. Since joining SugarOak, Natalie has taken on myriad responsibilities including reviewing and negotiating lease and sale transactions, interfacing with clients and prospects to successfully define the parameters, lease terms, and other related details.
