Since joining TIG in October 2016, she has leased and brokered over 220,000 SF with a value of over $10 million in transactions. Natalia specializes in investment sales, landlord and tenant representation as well as seller and buyer representation. Her geographic focus includes Dallas, Arlington, and Grand Prairie but has also encompassed deals in Haltom City, Fort Worth, Farmers Branch, and Lancaster. Natalia’s success in brokerage can be attributed to her diverse local market knowledge, uncompromised integrity, diligence, superior marketing strategies and her commitment to exceptional customer service. Her skills and expertise encompass all aspects of commercial real estate from development, construction, leasing and operations. One of her latest accomplishments includes netting one of her clients over 40% on an investment within one year of purchasing. Natalia earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas Tech University. Away from the office Natalia enjoys skiing, golfing, and spending time with her 1-year old son, Pierce.
