Nancy’s experience span to mixed-use developments, transportation hubs, power centers, lifestyle centers, and grocery-anchored properties. Her extensive portfolio includes partnerships with prominent developers and tenants such as Ledingham McAllister, TransLink, Headwater Projects, BC Liquor Distribution Branch (Cannabis rollout), Artigiano, Dollar Tree, and Westland Insurance. Nancy’s work covers both British Columbia and Alberta, with specialized knowledge of her hometown, Whistler, BC. Nancy holds a Commerce degree from the University of Victoria Gustavson School of Business and a Real Estate License from the UBC Sauder School of Business. She is also an active member and volunteer with CREW Vancouver Chapter and ICSC.
