He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, a professional certificate awarded to qualifying members of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI) of the National Association of Realtors.<br>As educationally adept as he is experienced, Nader holds a Degree in Computer Science and his knowledge in computers has always kept him one step ahead of his competitors. Prior to working as a real estate agent, Nader used to work in the office of Academic Computing at UCLA.<br>Nader lives in Tarzana with his wife, Mahshid, and their two children, Diana and Jason. Mahshid is a devoted mother and wife as well as a Doctor of Pharmacy. Diana is a fellow physician at UCI Medical Center, and Jason is a medical student at Chicago Medical School. <br>Nader specializes in representing clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, income properties, and commercial properties within Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley.<br>
