As a Senior Vice President at NAI Geis Realty Group, Morgan specializes in healthcare and office commercial real estate, representing tenants on a local and national basis. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Morgan has developed strong relationships with clients, landlords, and vendors, and delivered optimal solutions for their real estate needs. Morgan's core competencies include market analysis, lease negotiation, site selection, contract management, and strategic planning. He has successfully completed multiple transactions involving medical offices, ambulatory surgery centers, urgent care facilities, and dental practices, among others. Morgan’s mission is to provide exceptional service and value to his clients, while contributing to the growth and reputation of the company. Prior to working at NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc., Morgan earned his B.A in Business Management from Washington College. Morgan was a member of the men’s varsity lacrosse team and leadership council. Born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Morgan is a devoted Philly sports fan. In his spare time, Morgan enjoys fly fishing, skiing, mountain biking and spending time with family and friends.
