Monika Chappell has been working in commercial real estate for over 30 years. Monika focuses on serving the needs of local, regional and national flex and industrial tenants, buyers and owners. Her services include searching availability, scheduling tours, lease/purchase negotiations, lease renewal negotiations, financial analysis as well as acquisitions and dispositions of properties. She provides creative solutions for tenants and owners in lease and sale negotiations, and delivers critical current market information and research. Monika has successfully completed hundreds of sales and lease transactions. She earned the Pinnacle Award in 2020 and 2021 for her sales and leasing volume. She is also an owner/investor of multiple industrial and commercial properties including development of a 260,000 SF Kohl’s anchored retail center.
