Coupled with her strong marketing and sales background, impressive market knowledge, and powerful international network, Monica’s profound understanding of architecture and design has propelled her immense success as one of the top brokers at Douglas Elliman. Monica has brokered more than 2,000 deals to date. Monica’s passion for real estate began in 1996 with her former role as the Sales and Marketing Director for South American developer Londono Gomez, where she oversaw the sales, marketing, and advertising for more than 70 new developments during nearly a decade.
