Molly joined CBRE in December of 2019 as a Senior Associate, representing both tenants and landlords in the Denver and Boulder markets of Colorado, with an emphasis in retail. She has been active in the commercial real estate industry for over seven years, working with local and national clients throughout Colorado. Her experience involves a wide range of projects from grocery-anchored centers to urban retail, with expertise in tenant and landlord representation. She currently focuses on accounts for both large national companies as well as local small businesses. Molly has lived in Boulder since 2001, creating long-term, meaningful relationships in the community both personally and professionally. Molly’s diverse professional background serves as an asset to her current role. Holding a Master’s in Special Education, she spent several years working in school districts before entering the commercial real estate world, joining a tenant representation and leasing team. This experience laid the foundation for her career and allowed her to gain valuable hands-on knowledge through the consistent flow of successful transactions. Molly has been involved in the Boulder community for over 20 years, allowing her to engage and discover opportunities through her vast network.
