Mohit Uppal

Mohit Uppal has been an entrepreneur his entire life. At 20 years old, Mohit partnered up with family and friends to manage a Papa John’s franchise. There, he learned management skills and further expanded his entrepreneurial strengths. Mohit entered the commercial real estate industry in 2016 working at Hallway Real Estate. There, he learned how to assist his clients in achieving their real estate goals. After that, Mohit joined NAI Capital in Irvine representing numerous different landlords and sellers. While at NAI, he managed to start different online businesses that taught him online marketing and brought him additional customer service experience through online transactions and how to build websites with marketing, catering to the consumer’s needs. Mohit joins SVN Vanguard as a Senior Advisor and will be working out of the SVN Vanguard office in the North County of San Diego. He will be specializing in the leasing and sales of investment properties throughout Southern California. His extensive real estate experience and market knowledge will enable him to provide his clients with the most up to date market information allowing them to succeed in any market. Mohit enjoys training martial arts, going to the gym, and traveling.
