Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Mitzi was a senior director at Cushman & Wakefield, where she built a strong reputation for navigating the complexities of the New York real estate market. Her expertise in identifying opportunities, structuring deals, and negotiating on behalf of both landlords and tenants has made her a trusted adviser in the industry. Fluent in English and Spanish, Mitzi has worked with clients across diverse sectors, including retail, healthcare, and professional services, as well as internationally in Europe, Central America, and South America. A lifelong New Yorker, Mitzi’s local expertise ensures her clients benefit from a comprehensive, strategic approach to their real estate needs.
