Mitzi studied and tested for her Real Estate license in 2000 and worked part-time for Coldwell Banker Preston Center in addition to her full-time job working for the Royal Family. Eventually she moved to Celina, Texas, and began working full-time for Herrin Real Estate LLC and simultaneously served as the Director for the Celina Chamber of Commerce. When Mitzi and her family moved back to Mexia she taught Family & Consumer Science classes for Mexia ISD. She loved the relationships with her students and the bond with the Teaching Staff but her love of Real Estate called her to purchase Heritage Real Estate LLC which was founded by one of her childhood friends. Mitzi bought the Brokerage in 2015 and has been working and expanding the marketing area over the years. Today Heritage Real Estate LLC currently has 6 Realtors underneath the Brokerage which was awarded by the Mexia News: Best Real Estate Agent and Best Real Estate Company for 2020,2021 and 2022.
