Mitchell Reiffman joined Roca Management in 1985, seizing the opportunity to take an active role in growing the real estate business his father, Norman Reiffman, had just started with Steve Leffler. Since then, Roca’s business has expanded and so has Reiffman’s responsibilities. Today, he oversees day-to-day operations that include: rentals, the construction of new and existing tenant spaces, the modernization and maintenance of all properties owned and managed by Roca, and financing. Raised on the South Shore of Long Island, today he lives on the North Shore, in Melville, with his wife, Alyse, and their three children—Lexie, Ross and Jayme. Reiffman attended Hofstra University as an undergraduate (class of ’84) and attended Columbia University for graduate school. A member of the LIREG and BOMA, Reiffman is a licensed real estate broker deeply familiar with Nassau and Suffolk neighborhoods—from zoning laws to local boards—and is always on the lookout for interesting new properties and opportunities to add to the Roca portfolio.
