Mitchell Marcus

Mitchell Marcus is a Senior Managing Director at JLL, and also serves as a member of JLL's Philadelphia leadership council. In his capacity, he provides real estate consulting and advisory services both nationally and throughout the Philadelphia Region. In addition to providing expert brokerage services to owners and occupiers, Mitch focuses on business development expanding JLL’s leading market share in Philadelphia. He specializes on complex real estate transactions and delivering creative solutions for clients. His expertise includes development advisory services, lease restructuring and occupancy cost reduction strategies. Mitch excels at both Tenant Representation and Agency Leasing Services with an expertise in new development and redevelopment projects. Over his 30 year career, he has represented both corporate and institutional clients on a regional and national basis. He has been involved in some of Philadelphia’s prominent projects including recent build to suits for Morgan Lewis and Chubb in the Philadelphia CBD. Prior to joining JLL in 2013, Mitch worked for CBRE for 15 years as a Senior Vice President , where he provided tenant advisory agency and leasing services to prestigious clients including Janney Montgomery Scott, Independence Blue Cross, Eckert Seamans and Sovereign Bank.
