Mitchel Baffa

Mitchel A. Baffa joined Newmark Knight Frank Retail as a summer intern in 1998 and began working full time in 2000. He is currently an associate with the Bank Services Group, which services the retail branch networks of national and international banks. Mr. Baffa has worked on both acquisition and disposition assignments for various banks including GreenPoint Savings Bank, HSBC, Independence Community Bank, New York Community Bank, North Fork Bank and Signature Bank. The Bank Services Group works on a variety of assignments for their clients, such as de novo branch expansion projects, merger and acquisition, servicing and analysis of retail bank branch portfolios, etc. Mr. Baffa is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York Mr. Baffa is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, with a double major in Computer Information Systems and Business Process Management.
