Mitch DiCarlo

Mitch DiCarlo joined Block & Company in April 2015 as the Development Coordinator. Mitch DiCarlo is a Lifelong Kansas City resident whose career has spanned nearly 30 Years in the construction industry. Past experience includes many landmark retail, commercial, industrial/power and institutional projects throughout the central United States while with DiCarlo Construction Company. Additionally, he spent several years with Peter Kiewit & Son's Construction Company, one of the largest engineering and construction companies in the United States with operations throughout North America and Australia. Mitch has also been actively involved real estate development as both an owner/developer and investor. As Development Coordinator, Mitch will assist in the development of assigned new projects where responsibilities include Planning, Design, Zoning, Entitlements, and Construction Oversight. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Missouri and Kansas and will participate in Real Estate Development, Leasing and Sales for Block & Company, Inc., Realtors Mitch is married to Jennifer (Peakes) DiCarlo and together they have four children - Andrew, Max (Block & Co.) and twins Audrey and Paige.
