Burke Bio: Business Timeline: 1984-1993 • Owned and operated Luxury Good Company in NYC for High End Stores and developed direct marketing programs for American Express. • Developed, designed and launched a ‘Fresh Flower Distribution Program’ for Nichimen Corporation (Japan) to sell & deliver fresh flowers to their cooperative in Tokyo. The program exceeded their highest expectations. • Participated in procurement & distribution of industrial supplies during the Gulf War on behalf of the Japanese Government • Instrumental in coordinating ‘Harvest 90’, a program setup by the Russian Federation to supply American-Made consumer goods to Farmers in Russia. 1993- 2008: • Moved to Florida and became co-owner of a construction and development company which built luxury award winning homes in South Florida. • Successfully completed app. 5,000 Residences & over 300 Commercial Projects. • Participated in project development, administration, marketing & sales. 2008-2017: • Sunshine Industries USA, Inc. & Sunshine Oil and Gas, Inc. Principal and CEO • Helped launch & support Sunshine Industries USA, Inc. (In house) manufacturing, Sales & Distribution of unique Environmentally Friendly Energy & Water saving products for export to international markets. • Setup Micro-Hydro Systems in Northern India and coordinated supply and service by Mitsubishi Japan • Instrumental in establishing Global presence for Sunshine Industries by setting up offices in India, Japan, Peru and Switzerland, currently working with African & Latin American Governments & Companies to increase US product & equipment Export Business • Initiated exports of fuels and lubricants to Mexico • Instrumental in securing for Sunshine Oil and Gas, Inc. a 637S Export License and a 637M Blending License for Oil & Gas Industry • Was selected to serve as an Advisor to the US Secretary of Commerce in Washington D.C on the Renewable Energy Fuel Board. Served 4 terms and received several commendations.
