Missy Downey

Missy Downey serves on CBRE’s Houston Office Occupier team where she develops comprehensive real estate plans for clients through analysis and negotiation of leases; and leads the execution of complex office lease deals. As part of the Houston team, she will also provide strategic and high level financial analysis, transaction management, and world-class advisory services to corporate, institutional and public sector clients. Prior to CBRE, Missy honed her analytic and negotiation skills as an attorney at Susman Godfrey L.L.P., representing a variety of clients in commercial litigation, including intellectual property, oil & gas, healthcare, and class action. She refined her advocacy, research and writing skills representing clients in state and federal court. One of Missy’s passions is traveling and she has visited more than 30 countries. She plans to visit the rest.
