Misha Haghani is an attorney and founder of Paramount Realty USA (PRUSA), the market leader in accelerated marketing and sales strategies for real estate. Over the course of 17 years in the real estate auction business, Misha has marketed, sold, or advised on over $2 billion worth of real estate and mezzanine interests by auction, including residential, commercial, land, and special-use properties throughout North America. Before founding PRUSA, Misha served as director of a prominent international real estate auction company. Prior to that, Misha was a corporate and real estate attorney at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where he represented lenders such as JPMorgan Chase, principals such as the Rockefeller family, and other institutions in transactions valued at approximately $5 billion and consisting of commercial, industrial, residential and retail properties located internationally.
