Miriam Lebovits has lived in the Passaic/Clifton community for over 10 years, establishing herself as a solid industry professional who takes a personal interest in her clients’ welfare. She is proud of the lasting relationships she develops with them, which continue long after they have been clients. Having grown up in a family with a strong real estate background, Miriam has a keen sense of value of both commercial and residential properties. She was a top-producing agent at Keller Williams for 8 years before launching Dwell Realty. The community’s response to Dwell, for which Miriam is most grateful, has led to it listing and selling a significant percentage of the Passaic/Clifton market. She runs a toy gemach (charitable organization) that recycles used toys in good condition to provide to families that have a need for them.
