In his time as a Broker, Miles has been involved in over 65 land sale transactions ranging from in size from 10 to 450 acres. Miles is also a licensed Real Estate Appraiser Trainee having logged over 2,000 hours of experience and appraising over 4,000 acres of large tract land. Miles is licensed for appraising in both Maryland and Delaware and is a licensed broker in Maryland and North Carolina.
