Mike Zirbes

Mike co-founded North Rock Real Estate in 2012. Since then, he has led all of the firm's brokerage and development efforts, which have included over $500MM in new development projects and the direct representation of institutional clients in a variety of brokerage capacities. Mike began his career in commercial real estate sourcing equity and debt for one of the nation's largest healthcare developers, assisting in the completion of several hundred million dollars’ worth of projects across the United States. He leads North Rocks debt and equity sourcing, maintaining a wide network of lenders, investors, and joint venture partners who have built strong relationships with the firm. Mike heads the Minneapolis office of North Rock and is the company’s broker of record. Mike is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota where he earned a BA in Business with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship.
