Mike Weinberger

Mike Weinberger is a Principal at Reliant Real Estate Partners based in Atlanta, GA. Mike specializes in assisting industrial landlords and tenants with the strategy and execution of goals pertaining to their real estate interests. He also works closely with the team on Reliant’s acquisition and development projects. Calling metro-Atlanta home for over thirty years has allowed Mike to understand the ever-changing dynamics of the city, the needs of its businesses and to form valuable relationships. After obtaining a degree in real estate from UGA’s Terry College of Business, Mike continued his education and practical experience by working in real estate property management, asset management, construction management and marketing for both private and public REITS. Prior to joining Reliant, Mike was a Senior Vice President with Colony Industrial, providing operational and lease transaction guidance for 54 buildings and 140 tenants across Colony’s Atlanta industrial portfolio, totaling approximately 7M SF. With a career in industrial real estate now spanning sixteen years, Mike offers his clients the expertise needed to ensure that good decisions are made – not just with client’s current needs, but for their long-term, strategic objectives over the course of their partnership.
