Mike Watson
Mike is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in leasing, development, and property management. He is currently the President of Crossroads Commercial Realty LLC, a position he has held since November 2019. In this role, Mike specializes in tenant representation, retail project leasing, land sales, and distressed property turnaround solutions. He is also involved in leasing education presentations and is currently working on site searches for various businesses. Prior to this, Mike served as Vice President of Leasing at Fidelis Realty Partners from May 2017 to October 2019, where he focused on big-box leasing, anchor retention, and land development opportunities across several properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. From July 2011 to March 2016, Mike worked as Regional Vice President of Leasing for Brixmor Property Group, overseeing several million square feet of leasing across multiple regional shopping centers. His responsibilities included managing key centers like the Centre at Preston Ridge and Wynnewood Village, and he played a pivotal role in the company's successful IPO. Earlier in his career, Mike was with Centro Property Group, where he excelled as Regional Vice President of Leasing for the Southwest Region, achieving Leasing Agent of the Year in 2010 with 49 transactions totaling 279,092 square feet. Mike's broad experience in commercial real estate and redevelopment has consistently driven successful outcomes across a variety of property portfolios.
