Mike Wanezek

As an office broker, Mike’s core business is slated toward the sale, lease, and development transactions of office buildings throughout Wisconsin. Mike specializes in landlord representation with an emphasis on the downtown Milwaukee Central Business District (CBD). Mike is currently responsible for the brokerage services of over one and a half million square feet market-wide. His areas of expertise include leasing and sales of commercial office investments, corporate owner and tenant representation, research analysis, and Argus modeling. Mike is a graduate of the Marquette University Business School, with a double major in Commercial Real Estate and Finance. He has remained active in the program and serves on the board of the Real Estate Alumni of Marquette(REALM)
