Mike Vandaveer

Mike Vandaveer has been in the commercial real estate industry since his internship in 1998 and became a licensed broker in 2004. In that time he has been involved in more than 400 transactions of varying sizes and specifications. Mike began his career with the Staubach Company in Houston where he specialized in tenant representation. For more than four years, he learned the business from the industry's best and gained invaluable experience with his involvement with a variety of transactions. Mike then took an opportunity to work in his hometown of Lake Jackson, TX with Clyde Cone Co., Inc. where he handled the leasing and management of several multi-tenant properties in the Brazosport Area. During this time Mike also became involved in development and investment transactions with his clients, which added to his expertise within the industry. At the beginning of 2010 Mike realized one of his professional goals and began his own commercial real estate company. Vandaveer Commercial, LLC was created to focus on offering quality service to each client, prospect and partner. In 2015 Mike and his family relocated to Castle Rock, Colorado where he continues to strive to become the premier commercial real estate services provider for every person and business he represents and works with. Mike graduated from Texas A&M University in the Spring of 1999 and received a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communications with a minor in Marketing. Mike has been married to his wife, Sarah, since 2004 and they have three children: James, Anna, and Madilyn. When not at the office Mike enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is an avid sports and music fan and enjoys cooking, craft beer, and outdoor activities.
