Michael Ugarte is a Senior Associate with one of the highest performing teams in CBRE’s Central New Jersey office. He specializes in representing industrial occupiers and investors in the Central/Northern New Jersey area. Michael takes pride in working hard for his clients and guiding them through the complexities of an industrial transaction. Michael focuses on prospecting, implementing, and executing lease and sale transactions, and closely monitoring industrial market activity. His skills in this process include conducting market survey’s, financial reviews, property research and lease analyses. Michael earned 2022 NJ’s CBRE Rookie of the Year Award, where he was credited for his efforts in cultivating business across different submarkets and successfully completing multiple transactions during his start at CBRE.
