Mike Sutter SIOR

Mike Sutter has fifteen years of commercial real estate experience and is an Executive Vice President and Principal with the Lee & Associates office in Atlanta. Mr. Sutter has extensive experience representing institutional landlords and local and national tenants. His primary area of focus is in the Airport and I-20 West submarkets having completed over 300 transactions in the past 10-years in the Airport alone. Since no assignment is identical, Mr. Sutter takes a unique approach to each situation to provide the client an optimal outcome based on their individual objectives. He is a member of the Lee Atlanta Industrial Agency Services team and is on the Board of the Lee & Associates National Landlord Agency Group. Over the years he has worked with many of the nation’s largest institutional landlords, including Prologis, Link Industrial, Cabot Properties, Exeter Property Group, Panattoni, Black Creek Group and Nuveen Real Estate.
