Mike Silliman serves as Senior Vice President – Leasing for M-M Properties. He is responsible for the day-to-day marketing and leasing efforts, broker contacts and lease negotiations for the 1.5 million square foot Comerica Bank Tower in downtown Dallas. Mr. Silliman has worked in the Dallas commercial real estate market since 1992 and has successfully negotiated more than 350 leases totaling over 4 million square feet. He has been responsible for the leasing and marketing of several high profile, large mixed- use developments including Solana, The Crescent, Galleria and Galleria North. He has been recognized by the Dallas Business Journal for his work on the 375,000 square foot lease to Sabre, Inc. at Solana (2006 Best Office Deal Nominee), the 715,000 square foot lease to First American at Solana (2005 Best Office Deal), and the sale of the 835,000 square foot Millennium Center in the Las Colinas Urban Center (1998 Best Project Sale). The Dallas Business Journal has named him a “Heavy Hitter” seven times in his career (2006, 2005, 2003, 2002, 2001, 2000, & 1998) and he has been named a D CEO Power Broker twice (2014, 2015). Prior to joining M-M Properties, Mr. Silliman worked for PegasusAblon, Maguire Partners, Crescent Real Estate Equities, Ltd. and Hines Interests in Dallas. Mr. Silliman is a member of the Real Estate Council and is an alumni of TREC’s Associate Leadership Council Class of 2001/2002. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.
