Mike Shutt has joined Capella Commercial as an Investment Sales and Land Associate specializing in various types of income producing properties, land products and development projects. Mike began his Real Estate career over 30 years ago in Orlando Florida in senior sales leadership positions at Starwood Hotels and Hilton Grand Vacation Club. After relocating to Austin in 2006, his prior successes gave him the opportunity to develop, market and sell a large real estate project in Wimberley, Texas and continue on his Commercial Real Estate career at McAllister. When not working a real estate deal, Mike spends time on the golf course at Spanish Oaks. Mike and his wife are empty nesters with two grown children who attended University of Texas and Texas Tech.
