Mike Seliga

Mike Seliga is an Associate with CBRE, focusing on Retail real estate advisory and transaction services in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky region. He specializes in tenant and landlord representation, supporting national and regional clients, while also handling multiple property listings. Mike coordinates with landlords to target potential tenants, as well as negotiate and execute lease transactions. On the tenant side, Mike has developed a thorough process from managing franchisee and local broker relationships, utilizing extensive market data in the site selection process, and negotiating leases to support tenant’s real estate needs. He joined CBRE in December of 2021 alongside John Abraham, and the pair formed the Cincinnati retail team. Prior to this, Mike worked as a tenant representative at John’s brokerage, JA Commercial. During the same time, Mike also gained landlord representative experience working at Schuermann Properties. In this role, Mike was not only a leasing agent but also worked on property and project management. His most notable achievement at Schuermann Properties was leasing a 40,000+ SF retail center at 100% occupancy.
