Mike Pennington is the Commercial Director for Path & Post Real Estate. Mike is a strategic thinker with a passion for overcoming challenges to find success. His ability to focus on what matters most for each client’s unique situation creates amazing results. Whether it’s optimizing value or expediting an exit strategy, Mike excels as a commercial real estate consultant. Mike is active in the industry, serving as Past Treasurer for the Cherokee Association of REALTORS and is an active committee member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS. He also enjoys giving back to the community he serves via Habitat for Humanity, Greenprints Alliance, & Cherokee County Education Foundation. When he isn’t working, Mike enjoys boating, traveling “out West”, KSU Football, and being outdoors with family and friends.
