Mike Nilsen

Mike Nilsen, Commercial Property Manager, is responsible for the supervision and property management of commercial, retail, industrial and office buildings totaling over 1 million square feet. He has been with Tarantino Properties for over 6 years. Mike’s high energy, attention to detail and passion for client service has contributed to his management success. Some of his accomplishments while at Tarantino have been managing a major rehab of a parking garage, and the build out of approximately 106,266 square feet of office warehouse space during a leasing campaign that brought a larger property from approximately 65% occupancy to 95% occupancy. Mike graduated from Baylor University and holds an active Texas Real Estate Salesperson’s license. In his spare time, Mike enjoys outdoor activities, such as camping and hiking, and is passionate about the Houston Texans and football in general.
