Mike Meffert

Mr. Meffert creates brokerage transactions with integrity to build client relationships and improve property values. Mr. Meffert has worked in Palo Alto’s commercial real estate market for 20 years with focus on leasing and sales in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties. Prior to Stetson Earhart his commercial real estate experience was with Alhouse Deaton Management and Leasing, Inc. (now Kennedy Wilson Property Services) for 17 years and prior to that he worked at BT Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield). Many of Mr. Meffert’s clients are from the technology sector where he used to work. For 15 years prior to commercial real estate, Mr. Meffert held senior management positions with technology firms in Silicon Valley including PeopleSoft, Vantive, Sun Microsystems, Siemens, IBM and ROLM. Mr. Meffert also worked abroad and speaks German.
