His parents met in San Clemente and after moving around the country for the first 10 years of his life, as his Father was in the Marine Corps, he settled in San Clemente. He earned his Real Estate License at the age of 18 and started working in the business at 24. He loves Real Estate and has been blessed to work in this Career for the past 26 years. He has a wife of 29 years (Diane), and they have 2 adult sons. He also has 2 large German Shepherd dogs. He specializes in Residential Real Estate Sales, Leasing, and Management. From Regular transactions to Short Sales & Repos, he has done it all! He also has completed a large number of Commercial Sales & Leases over the years. He is the Broker/President of Lantern Bay Realty in Dana Point, CA but services all of Orange County and North San Diego County.
