ABOUT

Mike Levitan began his career in commercial real estate in 2005 and is recognized as one of the foremost office brokers in the Kansas City area. Specializing in office and commercial properties, Mike focuses on leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, tenant representation, market analysis, site selection, financial analysis, valuation and consulting. Prior to joining LANE4, Mike spent 15 years at AREA Real Estate Advisors as a Vice President in the Office Division. While at AREA, Mike closed countless transactions and was one of the firm’s top producers. He has completed several notable build-to-suit projects including a 200,000+ sf for Freightquote, 154,000 sf for TEVA Neurosciences and 100,000+ sf for Dairy Farmers of America. Additionally, he worked on the repositioning of two distinguished properties in Overland Park, KS: Executive Centre (now Apex 435), a three-building, 300,000 sf office park near I-435 and Metcalf, and Park Renaissance, a two-building office park totaling 295,000 sf at College Boulevard and Metcalf Avenue. Mike’s long list of tenant representation assignments includes local, regional and national firms, The American Academy of Family Physicians, Dairy Farmers of America, Freightquote, Mariner Wealth Management, MVP Law, Opus, Parris Communications, and TEVA Neurosciences, among many others. At LANE4, Mike continues to focus on serving his clients in their brokerage needs, while expanding the services he can provide to include development, investment and management opportunities.
