From traditional brokerage, management, and leasing services to receivership and collateral evaluation of non-performing loans, Michael helps clients secure, retain, and recapture value. Michael offers clients more than a decade of experience in management, brokerage, leasing, renovation, and development of commercial, single-family and multi-family properties. With a reputation for consistently putting his ethical and fiduciary responsibilities to his clients first, Michael has been appointed as real property receiver by District Courts in ten Colorado counties. A Realtor® since 2010, Michael achieved the CCIM Institute’s Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in March 2015 and the Institute of Real Estate Management’s Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in April 2016.
