Mike Homa

Mike joined R&R Realty Group in 2017 to start and lead the Nebraska Division. Mike came to R&R after a 30 year career in banking, in which he lead all aspects of bank operations including oversight of growing and managing commercial real estate portfolios of all asset classes. In his new role, Mike is responsible for all aspects of operations including development, leasing, and management in the Omaha area. He led efforts to develop key strategic relationships within the community to support R&R’s growth initiatives and brand awareness. Mike graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree, majoring in finance. He serves as President of the Children’s Hospital and Medical Center Foundation Board of Directors as well as service on the Board of Children’s Hospital and Medical Center. In addition, Mike is on the boards of Hope Center for Kids, Omaha Equestrian Foundation and the University of Nebraska College of Business Dean’s Advisory Board. He has been on the Board of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce, Nebraska Bankers’ Association Board and 2006 Leadership Institute for the Nebraska Bankers’ Association.
