Mike has been active in structuring, purchasing, and managing commercial real estate in North Texas for over 30 years and has created more than 80 joint ventures. Mr. Heatley is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and has personally participated in most of the joint ventures he has organized. Mr. Heatley’s real estate career began with the Alan I. Jones Investment Company, a real estate firm whose primary activity was raw land joint ventures in DFW. He began as a joint venture salesman and has accumulated years of raw land joint venture sales and sales management experience. He then transitioned into industrial properties brokerage for Edmonds & Barton, Inc. in Fort Worth. Mike later held the position of Vice President of Investment Marketing for Lyons Realty in Dallas, which later became Heatley-Moist, Inc., then Heatley Capital Corporation. More recently, Mike has created a more diversified portfolio for HCC investors. Heatley Capital invests in residential, multi-family, medical office, retail, student housing, and assisted living/memory care.
