Mike’s experience includes acquisition, redevelopment, leasing and management of some of the Baltimore Metro Area's most recognizable projects. Mike began his professional career with Mid-Atlantic Properties, Inc., a leading local office landlord where he assisted in the leasing and management of more than 400,000 square feet. Gioioso joined MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services in 2011, where he served as a vice-president of the brokerage division for more than a decade, specializing in retail leasing and land acquisitions. In 2021 Mike joined Avenue Real Estate, a full-service, boutique commercial brokerage focused on the Washington DC and Baltimore Metro areas. He offers strategic advice and local knowledge to investors, landlords, and tenants. A champion of small business and entrepreneurs, Mike works one-on-one to develop real estate solutions that ensure his clients’ short term needs are met and long-term goals are achieved.
